Introducing Our New Commercial Door and PTAC Window Series at IBS 2026
At IBS 2026 Orlando, we are excited to debut our newly designed commercial door system and integrated PTAC window solution, two innovations that redefine installation simplicity, structural reliability, and architectural aesthetics.
Our Highlight: New Generation Commercial Door System
we proudly unveil our new aluminum commercial door system, engineered to deliver exceptional durability, performance and architectural appeal in demanding environments such as offices, hospitality venues, retail spaces and public buildings.
Key Features:
There are three hinge options available, pivot hinges, continuous hinges, and floor hinges, each designed to enhance structural stability and ensure long-term durability.
An optional electric door closer can be added to improve security while maintaining energy efficiency.
The ultra-low 8 mm ADA-compliant threshold provides a seamless look and supports barrier-free access, reflecting thoughtful, human-centered design.
Tempered glass combined with 6063-T5 aluminum delivers the strength, weather resistance, and impact performance needed for demanding commercial environments.

Our Innovation: PTAC Window with Integrated Waterproofing
Accompanying our door system is a cutting-edge PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) window solution, developed to simplify installation, enhance weather resistance and streamline integration between fenestration and HVAC systems.
Key Features:
Integrated water proofing design: eliminates complex installation steps between the HVAC system and the window, reducing time and labor costs.
Rainproof louver design: allows for effective ventilation while preventing rainwater backflow, ensuring stable indoor comfort.
Optional louver thickness: 1.8 mm / 2.0 mm for enhanced durability and weather protection.
Extra-wide frame design: eliminates the need for a center mullion, allowing for cleaner sightlines and improved airflow.
This product is tailored for hotels, residential complexes, and commercial buildings where energy performance, cost-efficiency, and installation simplicity are top priorities.

Why IBS 2026 Is a Milestone Event
IBS is not only North America's largest annual light-construction and building materials exhibition, but also one of the most data-driven indicators of where the entire industry is heading. According to NAHB and Trade Show Executive, the IBS and its co-located event, Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), together generated more than 1.4 million net square feet of exhibit space in 2025, setting a 17-year record for combined attendance. Over 124,000 housing and design professionals participated, representing 100+ countries and nearly every sector of residential and commercial construction.
In addition, Builder Magazine notes that IBS exhibitors now include a growing percentage of companies focused on energy-efficient, modular, and digitally integrated systems, showing the industry's shift toward sustainability and automation. NAHB CEO Jim Tobin also commented that IBS "continues to be the barometer of innovation" in the built-environment sector, influencing design trends, material choices, and supply-chain partnerships worldwide.
With the NAHB and NKBA announcing that IBS will relocate permanently to Las Vegas from 2027 through 2030, the 2026 Orlando edition becomes the last opportunity for industry professionals to experience this event in Florida's business and resort hub. Its combination of international reach, warm-climate hospitality, and strategic East-Coast proximity makes it not just another trade show, but a turning point in the IBS legacy and a must-attend moment before the venue shift westward.

A Broader Perspective: The Future of Building Envelope Systems
The current construction cycle in North America is being reshaped by macroeconomic and environmental forces. According to NAHB's 2025 Housing & Economic Outlook, total U.S. housing starts are expected to increase by 4.3% in 2026, driven by population migration to the South and Sunbelt states, combined with a steady recovery in commercial and multifamily construction. At the same time, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) projects that nearly 65% of all new buildings constructed between 2025–2030 will include high-efficiency envelope systems and advanced weather-resistant materials, doors, windows, and façades in particular.
According to Builder Online’s Market Data Center, a large of architects and general contractors now prioritize "integrated building systems" in project specifications, meaning that suppliers who can deliver complete, installation-friendly solutions gain a measurable advantage. Meanwhile, Google Trends data show that searches for "energy-efficient windows" and "commercial aluminum doors" have increased by online search, underscoring heightened awareness of sustainability and cost performance.
These converging trends highlight why our presence at IBS 2026 is more than participation, it's a strategic response to measurable market demand. By introducing our continuous-hinge commercial door and integrated PTAC window with waterproof structure and rain-proof louver system, we're directly addressing the industry's shift toward low-maintenance, high-durability, and system-integrated design.

A Continued Journey of Innovation
At previous editions, our slim sliding doors, energy-efficient window with magic glass systems, and high-performance curtain walls have received great recognition from industry professionals. Many long-term partnerships were built right on the show floor, with developers, contractors, and architects who shared the same vision for quality and precision.
The executive leadership team conducted an on-site visit to the Dallas project location, engaging in in-depth discussions with field crews regarding window/door installation processes and certification testing protocols. Through collaborative problem-solving sessions, the team developed streamlined processes focused on enhancing project predictability and reducing client oversight burdens.
For us, IBS is more than just an exhibition. It's a space where design meets engineering, and where every conversation turns into new possibilities for collaboration.

Let's Shape the Future of Building Envelope Solutions Together
In today's construction landscape, doors and windows are not simply openings, they are integral components of the sustainable building envelope. They influence energy consumption, occupant comfort, weather resilience and architectural expression.
