The project includes approximately 14,000 square meters of curtain wall and facade systems, 4,300 square meters of skylights, along with extensive aluminum cladding and glass railing installations throughout the development. The total facade package value is close to RMB 100 million. Among all systems, the skylight structure has required the most detailed engineering attention. Unlike a conventional flat skylight, this structure featured varying roof slopes, complex geometries, multiple connection nodes, and integrated aluminum panel sections. Weighing nearly 390 tons, it was one of the most technically demanding portions of the entire project. Why? Because five of our window and door projects had already started installing. These were all villa, so of course the homeowners cared a lot about how everything looked and whether it would last. It's their new house,nobody wants to move in and immediately start dealing with leaks or sticky doors. Dallas weather isn't exactly gentle either. Hot summers, cold winters, and a good amount of wind and rain in Spring and fall. So for these homes, we used a mix of aluminum slider, fixed windows, casement styles, awning doors, horizontal windows, and Aluminium garage doors. All are made with 6063-T5 aluminum, with multi-chamber frames and EPDM seals, basically built to take on whatever the weather throws at them.
